Ahh wow. It's been a while... A lot has happened. I'm now ill, for starters, and have a lot of thinking and planning to do. I don't want to go into touch much detail publicly about everything, but my circumstances have changed once again because of my illness. Right now I'm trying to focus and invest in things that will really boost my confidence up and make me feel better about myself. It's September, which means I've been through three quarters of a year, and I keep thinking about the resolutions I made. I kept quite a few of them so I'm happy about that, but I really need to work on myself if I want to achieve most of them before the end

Soooo.... I got a job!! :la: Working as a receptionist in a brand new office building for a great local company! I'm pretty excited! The pay isn't much but things will be much better for me. It can be so demotivating sitting at home, applying for things and getting nowhere. Now I can have a routine going again and can do more positive things with my time. This however also means I won't be online much at all. I want to make a good impression as I start so I will be taking a break from the internet for a few weeks during weekdays. I know from previous work that I'm absolutely brain-dead by the time I get home anyhow, so the most I can do is

As I predicted, I got stupidly busy. This is literally my only free day this week *dies* I've been pretty busy dealing with personal things. Mainly job-hunting, which has gotten more complicated this month than it has for the past 2 or so years I've been unemployed. I'm stressed and exhausted. I'd rather things either return to normal or things to develop further, at the minute it's just all limbo and I'm constantly being left hanging. I could really do with some time to de-stress so I can have care-free chitchat with friends. I want to get back into roleplaying and going to cons. I'm also working on my course deadline. I've only got 1,500

I've been busy the last few weeks, and I could get even busier. Weirdly though, I'll be thankful if it does get busier. However I'm still waiting on a pretty important decision before I make my mind up about what's been going on. I hold my hands up: on the days where I haven't been busy, I've been stressed to the point where I just numb myself into procrastination. I feel pretty sucky for doing it as it leaves me ignoring friends, who don't really deserve to be ignored. I'm sorry. Anyhow... UPDATE :thumb265823912: Whilst MCM Expo is on in London this weekend, I'm going to casually ignore my jealousy using painting and writing... :XD: . I've reached a bit of a stand-still with my project. Some characters "speak" to me, whereas others are being mysterious and I can't seem to envision them. I'm also having issues with a setting really sticking out to me, although I've only planned it for certain scenes in my plot plan! I used to write with only a very loose plot and let the characters emerge that way, but this time I'm wanting to plan things out...and it turns out planning is hard! Aside from writing I have a lot to think about.
